7 Best Shows to Watch While Waiting for Season 3, Like "Reacher

"Reacher" is one of the biggest shows in Prime Video history. Based on the novels by Lee Child, the series tells the story of Jack Reacher, a retired U.S. Army Military Police Major who lives as a drifter and gets into trouble upon his arrival in Margrave, Georgia.

Reacher, played by Alan Ritchson, is an imposing physical presence. This is much better casting than Tom Cruise, who played Reacher in the original film previously released. In Season 1, Reacher helps two local cops solve a mystery and uncover a conspiracy against a trusted local official in town. Meanwhile, in Season 2, Reacher returns to help a string of murdered former Army personnel.

Reacher You may feel a little underwhelmed at the end of Season 2. Here are a few Reacher-like shows to watch while you wait for Season 3.

Like "Reacher," this series is based on a book, adding richness and depth to the adapted screenplay. Tom Clancy's work has been adapted before, but Krasinski's character is particularly well developed. There is plenty of action to satisfy the desire for an intense action thriller. The film follows hunting warden Joe Pickett (Michael Dorman) and his family as they navigate the socio-political changes in a small rural Wyoming town. He investigates the death of a local poacher, which puts his beloved family, including his wife Marybeth (Juliana Gill), in danger.

You might not think that "Joe Pickett" and "Reacher" would immediately overlap. However, both shows focus on men trying to find justice amidst a growing conspiracy in a small town. The show is based on a series written by C.J. Box. Unlike the intense action of "Reacher," "Joe Pickett" is peppered with humor and offers a hint of comfort.
