Sony has been stepping more and more into PC gaming over the past few years, choosing to port major PlayStation games like Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Returnal, which were exclusive to PS5 After a period of time, they are porting them to PC. And if the new leaks are accurate, by 2024, Japan's Tech Titan will accelerate this strategy, porting more of the PS5's best games to PC.

NotebookCheck discovered a 4chan user claiming to be an employee of Nixxes providing Sony's PC release schedule for 2024. According to this unverified source, God of War Ragnarök, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, Demon's Souls, Ghost of Tsushima, and Gran Turismo 7 will be released on PC in the next 12 months

If the above PlayStation must-play game collections are not enough, it also notes that Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will be ported from console to PC in 2025. In a more surprising development, there are also reports that Sony is considering porting older titles such as Infamous Second Son to the PC. This open-world superhero game was released on PS4 in 2017 and can be played on the console through backwards compatibility, although no native PS5 version exists.

Nixxes Software is a Dutch studio acquired by Sony in mid-2021 to help first-party developers port their games to the PC. Therefore, it makes sense that Nixxes employees would have inside information about which PS5 games will be migrated to the PC in the coming months.

However, the user in question has yet to offer proof of his credentials, and 4chan is notoriously unreliable with rumors. While this leak may prove to be accurate, there is a strong possibility that the information is bogus. This should be taken with a great deal of tolerance.

At the very least, Sony has said that "Horizon: this port will include the well-received expansion Burning Shores. No release date has been set yet, but we do know that the port will use Nvidia DLSS 3 technology and will be available in early 2024.
