Just in time for spring, Bird Buddy has unveiled its $239 Smart Hummingbird Feeder. It uses the same built-in AI and camera module technology as the company's original and extremely popular Smart Bird Feeder, but is specifically designed to attract and identify over 360 hummingbird species. Bird Buddy's camera module captures 5 megapixel still images and high-resolution video with a wide 120-degree field of view. The camera faces a red lily-shaped feeding port designed to attract hummingbirds because it is the flower and color they naturally choose; the two-part feeding base is easy to fit and clean with a seal that prevents mold and water leaks.
