Adapted from the graphic novel of the same name by Marc Myers, "My Friend Dahmer" follows Jeffrey Dahmer (Ross Lynch) as he attends high school. He is eccentric enough to attract the attention of band geeks, who create the Dahmer Fan Club, led by Darph Backderf (Alex Wolff). They are not repulsed by Dahmer's behavior, but rather fascinated by it. But as graduation approaches, Jeff's darker impulses begin to surface, foreshadowing the terrifying path he will soon take.
