Quordle's Answer of the day - Game #34, Sunday, 2/27

Quordle's Answer of the day - Game #34, Sunday, 2/27

Quordle is like Wordle, but considerably more difficult, so there's no shame in looking for the answer to today's Quordle, because Quordle has four answers available each day, and each day you'll find a different answer to each question

If you haven't played it yet, you should It is four times the fun of the original viral word game However, it is definitely four times more difficult, as you only have to guess nine times to find four pairs of words

Like Wordle, it resets daily at 7 PM EST Well, unless you bookmark this page, you are free to check today's Quordle answers as they are updated nightly

However, there are spoilers for Round 35, so only read this page if you want to know today's Quordle answers! Also, please do not cheat by using this page to pretend that you got the right answer when you didn't really get it right That would be abusing our hard work

Now, what's the answer to Round 35?

I will not alarm you any longer It

is one of the more reasonable Quordle puzzles of the last few days In fact, one might even say it was the easiest However, I still only solved one puzzle, which is proof that Quordle is never easy

A quick look at the Word and Phrase Info shows that they are all reasonably common in English:

HILLY is much less common than the others, but it is hardly an obscure word, and the others are all guessable I don't think a definition is needed today

I did, however, complete the quadruple in four, five, seven, and eight times, but I had to rethink my strategy My plan so far had been to use my favorite Wordle starting word (in my case STARE) and follow it up with DOING and MULCH That way, by the end of the third time, I would have used all the vowels and 10 of the most common consonants This left us with five guesses and enough yellow and green letters to use

The problem is, while this method seems to work, I have yet to completely fail the quadruple, and I'm wondering if playing a little more flexible with the second and third guesses based on the results of the opening guesses would be a better choice Any tips would be appreciated!

Quordle is one of many Wordle clones that appeared after Wordle's great success It is essentially the same game, but four versions are played simultaneously, and it takes nine tries to guess all the answers

The letters work the same way as in Wordle, turning green if they are in the right place, yellow if they are in the word but in the wrong place, and gray if they are not in the answer at all

In addition, there is a practice mode available, although only one question is given per day It is quite difficult and may be necessary

If Quordle is too difficult for you, we recommend our list of best puzzle alternatives to Wordle We also recommend the geography-based Wordle clone Worldle, the Star Wars-themed SWordle, and the math-based Mathler

However, the originals are still the best, so if you don't get a chance to play, don't forget to check out the best Wordle starting words and Wordle answer of the day
