Ahead of BlizzCon 2021, known this year as BlizzConline, some of Blizzard's upcoming major titles have leaked. The leak revealed two major additions to both World of Warcraft Classic and World of Warcraft: Shadowlands

The leak was posted online in the form of a press kit This is. While several media outlets have reported on the story, Blizzard has yet to confirm the information that has gone online. [According to the press kit, "The Burning Crusade" will be added to World of Warcraft Classic. This means that for the first time in 14 years, since its debut in 2007, this expansion will be available in WoW, and WoW Classic players will be able to experience The Burning Crusade in its entirety, just as it was when it first appeared in Azeroth.

In The Burning Crusade, players go to the realm of Outland and help fight off the invading demons known as the Burning Legion. Places such as Zangarmarsh and the Hellfire Peninsula will once again be explored as they were more than a decade ago. Content will be delivered in phases to coincide with the release of The Burning Crusade, so parts of the story and locations will be available at different times.

Players will be able to create new characters from the Blood Elf or Draenei races in WoW Classic. This includes jewelcrafting, flying mounts, and arena PvP brawling.

The Burning Crusade expansion allows players to skip their characters to Burning Crusade Era or move them organically on Classic Era servers. Additionally, the expansion is free to all World of Warcraft subscribers.

Modern players of "World of Warcraft" will also have plenty to look forward to: the first major patch for the Shadowlands expansion is said to be "Chains of Domination." It promises to welcome Anduin to WoW with new raid and dungeon content, cosmetic armor sets, and ways to fly around the Shadowlands.

The story begins in the secret city of Cortia with new quests and activities. In the main campaign, players will rally the four Covenant to launch attacks against the villainous guards, who are engaged in a variety of evil machinations.

The expansion features a new 8-boss Mythic Mega Dungeon, seasonal Mythic Keystone dungeon items, mounts, pets, and more. This expansion is a major step forward to the already substantial Shadowlands expansion.
