Episode 5 of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" revealed a major revelation if you are familiar with the Marvel mythos. In this episode, Julia Louis-Dreyfus appeared in the MCU to play Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Marvel fans around the world must have screamed when they heard her recite that name.

Don't call her "Val," but Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine has another name you should know: madame Hydra. de Fontaine is just one of many women who hold the title of Madame Hydra, which means that the cursed faction may be back in business, and in style.

With Contessa showing up to recruit John Walker, there is a clear path for him to become the bad guy we all know and love. You should see that punchable face.

According to Vanity Fair, Louis-Dreyfus was supposed to be in the Black Widow movie, but plans changed. It is also possible that de Fontaine is in fact a power broker. However,

yes, our suspicions have been confirmed. Sharon Carter was in fact a power broker. Although she appeared only briefly in the episode, she seems to be pulling strings behind the scenes for the bad guys. In her dignified home, Carter talked about rescuing someone from an Algerian prison and asking that person to perform an act.

A few scenes later, we learn that Carli Morgenthau has gotten help, and it doesn't take much to put two and two together. With only one episode left in this season of "Falcon and the Winter Soldier," I'm anxious to see how this plays out.

In other news, Baron Jimo's loose ends have been tied up and he has left for Wakanda with Dora Milaje. Only Carli, Flag Smasher, John Walker, and Sharon Carter remain. [Carli has a weapon. John has built a new shield and Sam Wilson is finally ready to take on the title of Captain America. I can't wait to see how things play out in the sixth episode of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
