"Castlevania" Season 4 will be the final season of the Netflix animated series and will bring the Belmont clan's battle with Dracula to an end. Yes, the final leg of this adaptation of the classic Konami video game franchise is coming pretty soon (within a month).

The final Netflix installment is a 10-episode series order. It is expected to answer the big questions left unanswered in Season 3, including Alucard's upset over Taka and Sumi's betrayal, Carmilla's attempt to take over Wallachia, and Trevor and Cypher's subsequent victory at Lindenfeld.

Of course, it should be noted that screenwriter Warren Ellis has been removed from involvement with the Netflix series following reports of inappropriate sexual behavior. Ellis reportedly submitted a script for season 4 before this took place.

Netflix will release Castlevania season 4 on May 13. However, this is not the end of Netflix's Castlevania content; Deadline's Nellie Andreeva reports that "Netflix is eyeing a new series set in the same Castlevania universe with an entirely new cast of characters."

The teaser trailer above takes us back to the history of the Belmont clan and their battle with Dracula, giving us a sense of the impending conclusion. Of course, the aforementioned spin-off series will continue the battle against the vampire.

Season 4 of "Castlevania" is expected to bring back most of the cast from season 3. Alejandra Reynoso and Richard Armitage's characters (Cypher and Trevor) have been spotted in preview material and are pretty much locked in.
