Future's tech and gaming show "Totally Rated" welcomes journalists from several brands for another intense episode. This week's feature is "Pokemon Snap! Game Desk, SecretLab Magnus, and the PS5 exclusive, Returnal.

On today's show, we introduce Sarah Gitkos of iMore and Adam Vigestica of TechRadar to talk about the new Pokemon Snap!Robert Jones of T3 explains the new gaming desk from Magnus, Vic Hood of TechRadar and Ben Tyrer of GamesRadar gives his thoughts on Returnal.

"If you like relaxing games like 'Animal Crossing' and 'Pokemon': If you like relaxing games like 'Animal Crossing' and 'Pokemon,' this low-key photography sim should be right up your alley," says Sara Gitkos of iMore.

"The new Pokemon Snap feels archaic by today's standards," Vjestica said. He added, "Whether or not you enjoy the game ultimately depends on whether you enjoy taking hundreds of pictures of virtual creatures while running slowly down a predetermined path over and over again in hopes of finding something new."

For Vjestica, the game was felt to be better suited for children, as those over the age of 10 would most likely not find the fun worth the price.

T3 and Windows Central were able to get SecretLab's new Magnus gaming desk.

Robert Jones of T3 stated that "SecretLab is already glorifying itself with elite-class gaming chairs, and the Magnus is an excellent expansion of their offerings in a genuinely pioneering and exciting way." He added, "Simply excellent cable management features, a smart selection of magnetically secured accessories, a thoroughly thought-out setup procedure, and the end result is the ultimate gaming table for PC and console gamers."

Daniel Thorpe-Lancaster of Windows Central offered similar praise. He stated, "Even if you've never tried the company's chairs, the Magnus desk makes a great, low-profile space to get work done or dive into game night.

Returnal is the latest PS5 exclusive to hit store shelves. Due to its difficulty, the game has sparked controversy among gamers. Still, TechRadar enjoys the game.

"'Returnal' is a great showcase for what this new hardware is really capable of, as it is a PS5 exclusive that really meets the standards we've been looking for in a new console," Vic Hood said.

GamesRadar's Ben Tyrer was less enthusiastic. He said that "Returnal is nasty, tough, and maybe a little too uncompromising for a $70 game." But despite the moments of resentment clutching the pad, the game remains an engaging experience even after you've gone off the deep end.
