Update: Best Buy has sold out of Xbox Series X consoles; check our Xbox Series X Restock Tracker for updates on Xbox Series X restocks and information on potentially out-of-stock items
Xbox Series X restocks have arrived at Best Buy, with the Xbox Series X in stock for $49999 This is the first confirmed restock of the Xbox Series X from Best Buy since last Monday Unfortunately, there are currently no restocks of the Xbox Series S
As with most retailers, pre-setting up a Best Buy account is a top priority Make sure your payment details, address, and other information are saved in advance to save valuable time at checkout
It should also be noted that Best Buy does not currently offer delivery of Xbox consoles The order process is done online, but you must choose to pick up your console in-store Therefore, if there is no Best Buy near you or you are unable to visit your local store, Best Buy may not be your Xbox retailer
When restocking takes place, refresh the product page until you see either a yellow "Add to Cart" button or a gray "Please Wait" button If the latter appears, do not refresh and wait for the button to change to a yellow "Add to Cart" button
Once you are able to add the item to your cart, you may see a message that the Xbox Series X is no longer in stock If so, you will need to change to a location where it is in stock Open a new page and repeat the process above until the "Add to Cart" button reappears
Best Buy, like other retailers, releases Xbox Series X inventory on a rolling basis, so even if the Xbox Series X is marked as sold out on their site when it is restocked, you may have another chance to get your Xbox Investing time in this process may pay off, as others may give up and lose patience
Also, retailers will ask you to enter the code provided during the purchase process, with the option of this being sent via text or email Always choose text, as it is sent almost instantly; with email, the code may take longer to arrive or get caught in spam filters
