In a behind-the-scenes video, Matt and Ross Duffer introduced McNulty and three other new "Stranger Things" season 4 cast members Unfortunately, they didn't have much of an update on the upcoming episodes, only an apology They said, "I apologize for the delay in getting this to you guys, but everyone here has been working really, really hard on this show, and we're very excited to be able to share it with you
The Duffers then gave a preview of the new faces that will appear in Stranger Things First up is Vicki, who plays McNulty The actress joined the showrunners on camera and said, "I'm so excited to join Hawkins See you in the Upside Down"
Netflix also released descriptions of all the new characters on Twitter Vicki is a cool, fast-talking band geek who catches the eye of one of our beloved heroes" [The other three new cast members are:
Miles Truitt: Patrick, a Hawkins basketball star who has friends, talent, and a good life but a shocking event causes his life to spiral out of control
Regina Ting Chen: Ms Kelly A popular and caring guidance counselor who cares deeply about her students, especially those who are suffering the most
Chrissy, played by Grace Van Dien, is Hawkins High's leading cheerleader and the most popular girl in school However, beneath the seemingly perfect surface lies a dark secret
In addition to the Stranger Things Season 4 cast announcement, Geeked Week also announced the upcoming original audiobook featuring Robin (Maya Hawke) and its accompanying podcast, Surviving Hawkins Stranger Things will also appear in Smite and Magic: The Gathering later this year
Netflix has not yet set a release date for Stranger Things Season 4, which is still filming; it is expected to premiere sometime in 2022
