The Prime Day sale is over, but that doesn't mean TVs are still a bargain. OLED and 4K TVs are still a bargain even as Amazon's two-day sale event comes to an end. In other words, you can upgrade your home entertainment system and move from 1080p to premium Ultra HD without resorting to out-of-this-world prices.

We routinely look at TV deals, and some of the offers below offer an easy way to get the biggest bargains. And the savings extend beyond Amazon, as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart are also participating in the deals.

Savings can be as little as a few dollars to hundreds of dollars, so don't miss out. The best TV deal is Amazon's Fire TV, with prices dropping to $239 for a 50-inch 4K set. For example, Vizio's 55-inch OLED 4K TV is on sale for $999 ($300 off). This is the lowest price we have seen for this TV this year.

Here are some of the best post-Prime Day TV sales by size that you can get right now.

TVs are one of Amazon's best-selling products on Prime Day. Not surprisingly, Amazon's own Fire TV tends to see the biggest price drops. According to the retailer, it sold "millions of Fire TV Edition Smart TVs" on Prime Day last year.

So if you are looking for an inexpensive Smart TV, the Fire TV Edition set is probably your best bet. These TVs sell for less than $100. For example, Insignia's 24-inch 720p Fire TV can usually be found for about $100. A 39-inch version of this TV may be available on Prime Day for $99.

If you want a TV with 4K resolution and HDR support, Insignia and Toshiba Fire TVs are the way to go. Expect models like Insignia's 50-inch 4K Fire TV to drop to $299 (it's already at that price now). Meanwhile, Toshiba's 50-inch 4K Fire TV could be in the same or lower price range.

We also see Amazon Prime Day TV deals on Amazon's 2021 Fire TV. Insignia's 55-inch 4K F30 Fire TV is currently priced at $349. This is $150 less than retail and $50 less than last week's price.

Prime Day isn't just about Amazon TV; 4K TVs from TCL, Hisense, LG, and Samsung are also a bargain; expect TCL and Hisense to lead the way in price drops, with 50-inch panels selling for under $279. Meanwhile, 70-inch TVs could sell for $549 or less.

While most of the Prime Day TV specials will be focused on LCDs, expect to see some specials on some of the more expensive OLED TVs as well. But don't expect all of them to be offered by Amazon.

Last holiday season, Best Buy offered Vizio's 55-inch 4K OLED TV for just $899. Amazon does not carry this particular TV, but Best Buy is expected to offer Vizio TVs in this price range or lower during Prime Day. We predict that Best Buy's goal would be to offer more TV deals on Prime Day than Amazon.

However, one of the TVs Amazon does offer is the Editor's Choice LG CX 55-inch 4K OLED TV. This was our favorite TV we reviewed, and it was Amazon's lowest price ever, at $1,349. (Amazon is usually up to $50 cheaper than Best Buy.) We predict that this TV will drop to an even lower price point during this year's Prime Day TV sale.

Amazon is not alone in its Prime Day TV specials. Rivals Best Buy and Walmart tend to have similarly aggressive TV sales during Amazon's holiday period. In fact, last year Best Buy matched prices with Amazon's Prime Day TV sale and even offered freebies that Amazon does not offer.

Recall, a few years ago, Best Buy and Amazon signed an agreement whereby Best Buy would become an authorized seller of Amazon's Fire TV Edition TV. As a result, both companies tend to offer the same prices, although Best Buy may have more inventory of certain models.

Walmart, on the other hand, tends to offer Prime Day TV deals on models not promoted by Amazon, such as Sceptre and Vizio. We will continue to track each retailer's deals, but it is worth noting that when it comes to TVs, Amazon is one of the few retailers offering great deals.
