This mid-range smartwatch impressed us in our Fitbit Versa 2 review. Featuring a redesigned display with a slightly rounded, always-on AMOLED screen, this watch looks more like an Apple Watch than the original Versa.

Despite the clever tricks the new Fitbit Versa 3 is working on, the Versa 2 remains an excellent value and one of the best inexpensive smartwatches you can buy.

Like some of the best Fitbit models, the Versa 2 has Alexa built in, which is handy for looking up basic information like the weather or starting a workout with just your voice.

The Versa 2 also features accurate and sophisticated sleep tracking analysis, music playback, and solid battery life (about 3 days in our tests), although Fitbit does support Spotify for subscribers with Spotify Premium accounts, Versa 2 does not allow users to save playlists for offline playback; Versa 2 also supports Pandora.

Fitbit's smartwatches also have GPS connectivity, but users will need to carry a smartphone to get accurate location information when running or cycling outdoors.

The Versa 2 is not as fully featured as the Apple Watch SE, but the Amazon Black Friday deals make Fitbit's watch a bargain at $160 less.
