Target PS5 replenishment is now sold out - where to check the next inventory

Update: PS5 consoles are once again sold out at Target, so be sure to check our PS5 Restock Hub for updates on PS5 restocks and which retailers to check next for availability. It's been more than two weeks since the last Target PS5 restock, but you no longer have to wait for restocks as retailers have restocked PS5 consoles for the first time this month. If you want to get your hands on the console, don't delay.

YouTuber and full-time PS5 inventory tracker Jake Randall initially claimed that Target's warehouse had received a "large" amount of inventory last week and could restock as early as today (November 10). This drop comes just as Black Friday sales are picking up at Target as well as at rival retailers.

But don't get too excited; Randall noted that Target may choose not to restock the PS5 and continue to build inventory this week in order to make bigger price cuts closer to Black Friday. Of course, it is also possible that Target will make smaller price cuts in the coming days and begin building inventory to make larger price cuts during the week of its annual sale event. Time will tell.

Based on this information, it is definitely worth keeping a close eye on Target over the next few days between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. ET, as Target typically restocks during this time period, and if there is a Target PS5 restock this week, it will almost certainly be during these early morning hours would be in this early morning time slot.

Jake Randall has previously been contacted in advance of multiple Target restocks, and his sources at the retailer are very reliable. However, unless the information comes directly from the retailers themselves, this tip should not be taken as fact. While it seems fairly likely that Target will restock over the next few days, it is difficult to say with certainty that it will happen.

With the Black Friday PS5 deals officially landing, a price cut in the next few days or early next week would be well timed. Right now, PS5 games and accessories are at a great price. Given this, the opportunity to purchase the console will be very much appreciated by many.

If you are still trying to secure a PS5, be sure to bookmark our PS5 Restocking Hub. This guide contains the latest restocking information we've received, as well as any rumors or possible leaks. While this guide won't guarantee you a PS5, it will make the task of getting your hands on Sony's popular gaming console a little easier.

First, make sure you have an account set up with your payment and address details saved. This is an essential step if you want to secure your PS5 when it is restocked. Stocking the basket is only half the battle; you don't want the console to sell out while you are entering the details. Make sure everything is saved so you can check out in seconds.

Target is known for releasing inventory in waves, usually releasing the regular PS5 first, followed by a restock of the PS5 digital version. Therefore, even if the PS5 is already sold out at the retailer, it is worth sparing the time to go after the second wave.

Jake Randall also recommends using alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or RedCard if possible. The advantage of these is that using another payment portal avoids Target's own servers, which have collapsed under the burden of trying to secure the order confirmation emails that thousands of people have coveted in the past.

Target also has an app you can use to secure your PS5. A good trick is to try to check out the restock on both your desktop and mobile device. Once you are able to add the PS5 to your cart on one, we recommend switching to the other to complete the checkout process. As long as you are logged in, the contents of your cart will be recorded.

Finally, during checkout, if your location is sold out, you can edit your location to select a store that has PS5 in stock. If this happens, please clear your browser cookies and try again.
