Google has made it easier to install apps on Android TV

As discovered by Reddit user u/avigi, it is now possible to install Android TV apps from your phone Simply access the Google Play Store on your phone and select the device on which you want to install the app

While it has been possible to remotely install apps on other devices while accessing Google Play with a desktop browser, this appears to be the first time this has been possible using a mobile app However, as a commenter on Reddit pointed out, it does not appear to be possible to remotely push apps to other phones or tablets
