The first PS5 restock for 2022 has arrived at Best Buy. If you were unable to purchase the console over the holiday season, now is your first chance to do so this year, as BestBuy is offering the PS5 for $499.

Previous Best Buy restocks required a hefty $200 Totaltech membership, but this restock is open to the general public. Head to the retailers via the links below now before the consoles sell out.

As with most retailers, your first priority should be to pre-set up a Best Buy account. Saving your payment details, address, and other information in advance will save you valuable time at checkout.

Previously, Best Buy's PS5 restocking required refreshing the product page until the yellow "Add to Cart" button or gray "Please Wait" button appeared. However, Best Buy's new process puts you on a waiting list. A pop-up window will appear with a "Confirm Account" and a confirmation of inventory. Therefore, you need to sign in to your account as soon as possible.

If you find that the PS5 is no longer in stock, you can try again from the incognito window of your browser. Repeat this process until you can (hopefully) get a console.
