Perfect pouring: Moen voice control faucet dispenses the exact amount of water

Faucet maker Moen has introduced a voice-controlled faucet for the kitchen that not only dispenses exact amounts of water with voice commands, but also at exact temperatures. You'll have to pay $450 when the U by Moen Smart Faucet goes on sale later this year, but it is smart technology for the kitchen It is a smart piece of technology for the kitchen. [The U by Moen Smart Faucet has no built-in microphone or speaker, so the dispenser must be connected to Wi-Fi and have an Alexa or Google Assistant smart speaker nearby. When linked to the voice assistant, you can have it pour anywhere from a tablespoon to 15 gallons of water. (Metric measurements are also supported). This feature would be especially useful for those who need to bake or warm baby bottles. In addition, the Moen app (of course there is an app) can be used to create presets for filling your favorite water bottle or a pot of water to boil pasta.

Moen's smart faucet has no heating or cooling elements, but it will run water until it reaches the desired temperature. Then, a saucer is placed under the faucet and water is waved in front of the sensor.

Of course, the U can also be used as a conventional faucet; the U by Moen Smart Faucet comes in a variety of finishes and styles. Prices start at about $450, which is not cheap, but it is an innovative product that extends smart home technology to the kitchen.
