Though old, Apple's AirPods are excellent headphones. Regularly priced at $159, they are currently on sale for the lowest price in 2020.

Today only, Newegg is offering the Apple AirPods for $127.50. This is equal to the Black Friday price and is the best deal we've seen on AirPods so far. (In October 2019, they were $2 cheaper on a short-lived eBay deal.) This is likely the cheapest AirPods deal we will see until Amazon Prime Day.

The second generation AirPods feature Apple's H1 chip and hands-free Siri support. They fit comfortably in the ear, the sound quality is there, and the talk time is double that of the previous model.

In our review of the AirPods 2, we managed to get almost five hours (4:49) of battery life out of the AirPods after watching some TV shows, streaming YouTube videos, listening to music, and talking on the phone.

One thing to note is that these AirPods are not sweat or water resistant. If you want that feature, you'll want to get the IPX4 certified AirPods Pro. (Currently, the AirPods Pro is the lowest price ever; Verizon is selling them for $224.99.) But if your budget doesn't stretch that far, these are the most affordable AirPods anywhere.
