OnePlus may launch true wireless earbuds alongside its upcoming OnePlus Nord budget smartphone.

The Chinese tech company posted a photo of its previous Bullets headphones with the text "What's next in line?" This suggests that OnePlus' next Bullets headphones will finally ditch the wires connecting the two earbuds and offer fully wireless earbuds.

Rumors have been circulating for the past year that OnePlus may be developing its first fully wireless earphones. However, this tweet gives credence to that rumor.

OnePlus will be launching the OnePlus Nord phone this month, which is a great opportunity to introduce new headphones as a partner peripheral for the smartphone. the Nord is going to be a very competitively priced, high-specification phone, so the wireless earphones expected to be priced to be wallet-friendly.

OnePlus' previous Bullets headphones, including the OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2, have been praised for offering solid sound quality at a competitive price. However, they have not caused a stir in the earphone world. Especially considering that there are other high-quality true wireless earbuds on the market that are also relatively affordable. [But OnePlus could change that with its fully wireless earbuds, dubbed OnePlus Buds. If OnePlus can make a wireless earphone that offers strong sound quality coupled with a clean design, OnePlus' fast charging technology, and a low price, it could be a winner.
