The iPhone 12 Pro is coming soon, but there is still time before we get our hands on it. In the meantime, we can watch and review this awesome concept video.

This self-proclaimed "most accurate iPhone 12 Pro concept video" was created by designer DMJ4D and combines all the rumors we've heard so far about the new iPhone into one stylish sizzle reel.

The iPhone 12 design features significant changes on the sides. Curved edges have been eliminated in favor of flat surfaces. This harkens back to older iPhone designs like the iPhone 4, and from this video it looks like a great choice on Apple's part.

The Face ID notch, while allowing for easy and secure unlocking via facial recognition, also makes the display stand out. The notch houses a 12MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 f-stop, the same one found on the current iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. [It's a 120-degree ultrawide, f/1.8 main/wide camera, and f/2.0 telephoto camera. What is new is the LiDAR sensor under the ultra-wide camera on the right side. This long-rumored feature, which was included in the iPad Pro earlier this year, will allow the iPhone to more effectively judge distance, improving photography and AR effects.

The iPhone 12 comes in four colors. Black, White, and Product Red, the usual three colors, plus Midnight Blue, which is likely to be the flagship color, as well as Midnight Green on the iPhone 11 Pro.

In the last part of the video, many features are mentioned one after another. These include the iPhone 12's new 5nm chipset, A14 Bionic, and the same IP68 dust and water resistance as the iPhone 11 Pro and many other rival flagship smartphones.

Also briefly shown on the screen was the "4th generation (omitted) Neural Engine". This is Apple's machine learning technology that helps iOS adapt to user habits, first introduced in the iPhone 8 and iPhone X's A11 chipset, with the A14's engine being the fourth version.

However, some of the iPhone 12 features mentioned in the trailer are not based on rumors. For example, "twice as fast Face ID" and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits, which is twice the current maximum brightness that the iPhone 11 Pro can achieve. Both are very welcome additions, but we are not holding our breath.

The claim of four hours longer battery life may be something Apple may wish to clarify, but this year they may be silent on the phone's longevity. Because of the size of the handset and the new components in it, Apple is rumored to be using a smaller battery than the one currently in the flagship iPhone. The smaller capacity could be offset by the more efficient A14 Bionic chip, but we do not expect longer endurance than before.

As "one more thing," the video teases an iPhone Flip at the end. Apple is known to be working on a foldable phone, as evidenced by its many patents. However, the company's trademark bluntness when it comes to incorporating new hardware will likely mean that it will be at least another year before we see such a phone approach production.

Apple's September "Time Flies" event took place last week, but there was no mention of the iPhone, so we now wait until October for the next big event to finally show off the iPhone 12 lineup. And there will be plenty to show off.

In addition to all the features showcased in this video, Apple is offering the largest number of handsets ever for a single phone, consisting of four handsets with display sizes between 5.4 inches and 6.7 inches.
