The first deal on Amazon Prime Day is a free credit10 credit — here's how to get it

It's official: Amazon Prime Day will take place October 13-14. Amazon has just confirmed the date, which kicks off with deals available now.

Through October 12, Amazon is offering a $10 Amazon credit (redeemable on Prime Day) to members who spend $10 or more on items sold by certain small businesses in Amazon's Small Business Store.

The small business items eligible for the free credit range from groceries (like this $14 matcha powder) to home and kitchen (like this $29 set of two double-walled cocktail glasses).

The $10 credit is valid only during Prime Day, which runs from 12:00 am PT on October 13 through 11:59 pm PT on October 14. It can be used for anything and expires when Prime Day ends.

Want to get another $10 Amazon credit for free? Currently, you can get a free $10 Amazon credit when you spend $10 or more at Whole Foods (online or in-store). This credit is one of the best deals at Whole Foods on Prime Day. This offer is available now, and here's how to get it.
