Finding a great deal on a Nintendo Switch on Cyber Monday is tough, but not impossible. All you have to do is wait a few weeks. Plus, you can get some high-end kitchenware in the meantime.

GameStop is currently selling the Nintendo Switch for $299, guaranteed to arrive on or before December 15. It comes with a colored or gray Joy-Con and you also get a free set of four Super Mario pint glasses (normally $40).

This Cyber Monday Nintendo Switch promotion is really quite straightforward: GameStop has no Nintendo Switch in stock at this very moment, but advertises it this way: "Buy now and receive on December 15, 2020. (The four pint glasses are exclusive to GameStop and have Mario, Peach, Luigi, and Yoshi printed on them. Considering the high price of the Switch at third-party retailers, this is a great deal.

The Nintendo-Switch has been extremely difficult to obtain over the past few weeks or so due to the flood of holiday gift orders. As a result, duffers are selling the Switch for upwards of $400 per unit, while retailers are bundling the Switch with expensive and unnecessary accessories. Now is the time to get a simple Switch, with no extras, at retail prices. (Glassware is out of the question, but it won't cost you extra.)

Frankly, if you're holding out for a better deal between now and Christmas, it may not happen. Since Nintendos tend to sell out within hours of re-listing, there is no incentive to discount them; until 2021, a retail-priced Switch and drinkware may be all you need. Even if you don't like the console, at least you can console yourself with your favorite beverage.
