Fitbit Sense is the most ambitious smartwatch/fitness tracker of the year. In addition to standard GPS and heart rate monitoring, it can also measure blood oxygen levels, monitor electrocardiograms, and measure stress levels and skin temperature. No other smartwatch has this many features.

In addition, Sense has sleep tracking, NFC for mobile payments, and built-in Alexa and Google Assistant. It can also store music on the watch, although it does not yet work with Spotify.
