Nvidia RTX3080Ti Leaks Again - Things to Know

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Reaffirmed by Another Partner Card Maker In an entry to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Regulatory Office found by VideoCardz, Gigabyte It was revealed that several versions of the 3080 Ti, an upgraded version of the RTX 3080, are in the works.

This follows Asus accidentally leaking a 3080 Ti model on its website. Gigabyte also listed a number of RTX 3060 models, further confirming that this new mid-range graphics card will be available.

In summary, the 3080 Ti is a high-end GPU that sits between the 3080 and the top-of-the-line 3090; Gigabyte's product code seems to confirm previous leaks and rumors that the 3080 Ti will feature 20GB of GDDR6X memory, placing it between the 3080's 12GB and 3090's 24GB seem to confirm this.

Interestingly, the 3060 has 12GB of memory across all Gigabyte models, which is 4GB more than the 3060 Ti in Nvidia's overall hierarchy.

Unfortunately, this latest leak reveals nothing more about the RTX 3080 Ti's price or release date; it is unlikely that Nvidia would want to go much higher than AMD's $999 Radeon RX 6900 XT, but the $700 3080 and $1 It will no doubt land somewhere between the $700 3080 and the $1,500 3090.

Hopefully, this will be a worthwhile compromise for those seeking top-quality 4K gaming power without spending much for the extra memory of the 3090. Also, speaking of hope, it would be nice if these cards were easier to buy than the almost perpetually sold-out 3080.

As for when the 3080 Ti and 3060 will be officially announced, Nvidia will be hosting a live gaming-focused event on January 12. Current reports suggest that at least the 3080 Ti will be released after Chinese New Year (February 11-17).
